“As a filmmaker, I am particularly fascinated by the diversity of the world. In my films, I focus on different cultures, lifestyles, problems and opportunities. As a documentary filmmaker, I want to inspire enthusiasm and raise awareness for topics that are not otherwise at the centre of our attention.

In film production I professionally and passionately perform various tasks. Mainly I am working as a writer and director for reports and documentaries produced by German TV broadcasters such as ZDF, Arte and DW. In addition, I reliably cover production, camera work (including underwater), sound, and editing.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Through my photography, I capture the character and diversity of distant countries and cultures. An authentic, documentary-style approach is particularly important to me – my images aim to reflect the real lives of the people I portray. I am equally passionate about wildlife and nature photography.
WRITING
I also enjoy telling stories through writing. For over ten years, I have been running a travel blog with more than 100 articles, sharing travel tips and personal experiences with thousands of readers.
In addition, as part of my journalistic work, I have written articles for online platforms such as ZDFheute, contributed guest posts for other travel websites, and collaborated on a travel guide.
